9.00am - 10.30am Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow
10.45am - 11.45am Pilates
2.00pm – 3.00pm Yogalates
3.00pm - 3.45pm Kids Yoga or Teens Freestyle Dance
4.00pm - 6.00pm Beginners Yoga & Pilates Courses(Dates in Season)
6.00pm - 7.00pm Pranayama & Meditation (On the Beach)
6.00pm - 7.00pm Restorative Yoga (Yin)

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS IN ASHTANGA YOGA, YOGALATES & PILATES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
It is recommended that you try to attend a minimum of 5 to 6 classes a week to reap the benefits. There are packages of 7, 10, 14 classes and a monthly fee, paid in advance and a higher drop in fee, if it is only possible to attend classes if and when you can.

Class rules apply:
You are requested to arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand, as latecomers interrupt the class.
There are no free try-out classes available.
Please try to stay for the whole class, if this is not possible then please do not attend.
Payment is expected at the start of the class, we will not tolerate late fees and fees in lieu.
Sushumna is a mobile free zone, so please put your mobiles on silent or switch them off.
Bags should be left next to the office area in the room, to ensure a clutter free class
Kindly inform us of any injuries or illness that you might be suffering from. Sushumna will not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred during the class.
